Social Studies!

This past week in Social Studies, we focused on how readers make different connections with text. I read the Votes For Women reading booklet. The Women's suffrage is an important historical event. After reading the passage, I felt proud to be a woman. The Women suffrage reminded me of the Civil Rights movement and the Holocaust. The leaders and followers of the Women's suffrage fought for their rights and endured alot of pain from opposers.
