Why is social studies the forgotten subject!

In present time,  some teacher do not value the purpose of social studies. The social studies content shapes our past, present, and future society. Social studies also explores history and geographic aspects of the world. Students must obtain knowledge on history and geography in order to function in the effective society. Social studies can be integrated in all subjects at all grade levels. Teachers must use creative activities and different instructions to teach social stuides. Social studies should always be implemented in daily lessons.
